My texture off cooking ham us lovely Before cooking it put ketchup on it, boil it on a small temputrure for 4 minutes when done pur vinegar and salt on it. Then cook it for another minutie on small temp. Then take it and put it on a plate. The ketchup, vinegar and salt would off cooked into the ham leaving a nice texture.

| Just wrote out the whole recipe, but my computer decided to restart itself, FML! Here I go again. Cupcakes (Makes 12+)
Ingredients: 100g Butter, Caster Sugar & Self-Raising Four 2 Eggs (You can add dried fruit, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cocoa powder. NOTE: If you add cocoa powder, use 75g of s.r. flour)
FAN OVEN 170* NORMAL OVEN 180-190* 1. Cream the butter till soft then add your caster sugar till a soft paste is formed. 2. Add the eggs and flour (it doesn't matter which one you put in first, it doesn't make a difference! ) Add your extra ingredients at this point. 3. Put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. You can check if they're done by sticking a tooth pick or skewer in the middle. If the stick is clean, they're done. If mixture comes out, they're done! 4. You can ice them. (Ingredients & method below) Butter Icing: 175g Icing Sugar 50g Butter
1. Cream the butter till soft. 2. Add the icing sugar, bit by bit, slowly, till the butter forms into butter icing. Don't be afraid to keep trying to see if it's sweet enough for your taste. Icing. 175g Icing Sugar A glass of cold water.
1. Put all the icing sugar in a bowl and slowly add spoonfuls of water. It should hopefully start going runny, BEWARE, too runny and it will go everywhere when you try to cover your cakes. 2. Chill the icing for a bit and it shouldn't be too runny. 3. If it's too runny, add some more icing sugar. Woah, that took forever. My hands ache like shit. Hannah ox
